Science fair question

In week 2 we did science we had to do a hypothesis and background research about our science fair question. Mine is can you design a kite that works in low or no winds. Here is my hypothesis and background research.

Hypothesis:
I think that it will work and it will go for 30 seconds maybe more I hope that I can it can fly for a while for the audience to be amazed about my project.

Background research:

Kites are a  fun thing to use because when it's a windy day you can go to the beach and fly
it.Kites can now be used in different ways like some kites our used to lift and up all things
up. Kites our used depending on it's goal maybe the goal of some kites are   designed to
take people that our injured but a helicopter over it.

But it's annoying that if there is no wind like in most days then I have a solution for that.

Free choice blog Week 3

In the weekend on Saturday we had a game of Rugby againsed Linwood and it was at 11:30 at Linwood park. I played first five for the first half and wing in the second. I think that wing was alright but id rather first five any day.The score was 50 to 17 they got a thrashing but in the first half it was 23 to 17 and they came back but in the second half we dominated.

My Goals 2018

This year my goals are going to based on my learning like my first goal is gong to be about math because I am going to go to more math workshops and listen more often so I get smarter.

My second goal is about reading groups I am going quite good but I don't have enough writing on the whiteboard table. When we read one page we have to write down a set of words about what it means and I don't do much.

My third goal is about PBL because I want to get to know about the group and when we put things up on the wall I want to be the first person to or the person with the most thing up on the wall.


I have enjoyed Tech this year. I am in food. I loved it because the food was yummy and it was good to learn how to cook.

Week 11 Free Choice

This week I did waterpolo trials. It was at Christ College it was amazing because the school had really old buildings if I had a scholarship to Christ College I would say yes before my chances go.We had to warm up laps and we did quite a lot then we did a warm up with your legs to swim because you cant stay up on the water like normal. It took half an hour to get that done then we had to do some relays with the ball because if you want to swim with the ball you must do freestyle with the ball in the middle it was pretty hard but i got use to it

On Thursday the 12 of April we are going to play a game and trial for the A team or the B team.

week 5 tresures

This week we have been doing treasures. There are 12 baskets and if you get one the next day you have to bring two or three things that you treasure. You have to stand up and share them with your home base. I brought in my teddy that glows. I got it when I was two i'm surprised that it actually still lights up. I also brought in lots of pictures of my cat when he is sleeping.

The Duathalon

This week there was a school Duathalon. It was my first Duathalon. It was a 2 km run then a 9 km bike then another 1 km run. I came 6th, I thought it was alright for my first Duathalon and when i finished my 9 km bike I had to do my 1 km run and it felt weird because of the constant pedaling my legs got used to it then when I got off of my bike my legs were not used to running and I hated it but is was really fun and I will do the next one.

My recount the First Rugby World Cup 1987

This Term we had to pick a event in the earlier days and i picked the First Rugby World Cup in 1987.

The First Rugby World Cup was in 1987 and Australia wanted to co-host the rugby world cup so they
rang the NZ government and wanted a world cup in NZ or Australia. The NZ government said sure and then NZ send invites to the other Country's that play rugby. They then headed on over to Australia and played the first pool there and the second pool they played one more game there then went to NZ to play pool three and four.

It was a total success after that NZ and Australia said we should have it every four years and now rugby is one of the biggest sports in the world.
